Instructions to authors

Here is some information about the organization of oral and poster presentations.

The deposit summary while be authorized until July 1, 2018, to access please register on the site by clicking on the "Login" button at the top right.

By submitting a paper, the authors implicitly accept the publication on HAL.

Templates for submission of extended abstracts:

The proposed templates must be used for the submission of extended abstracts. There is a Word, OpenOffice et LaTeX (click on the links to download the files). All the necessary information is provided in the templates. For reminder, the extended abstract must have 4 pages minimum and 8 pages maximum.

Oral presentations:

Oral presentations may be in English or French.

The duration of the presentations is 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions.

Each room will be equipped with a video projector connected to a PC with Microsoft Office 2010 software, OpenOffice and Acrobat Reader X.

It is widely desired to favor the use of the equipment made available, ensure the portability of your presentation, which can be tested during breaks.

Posters:

The poster format is free. You will have a panel 1 m wide and 2 m high to hang it. More precise installation instructions will be sent to you upon your arrival at the Conference. Poster sessions cover some topics chosen later.
