Conference venue and accommodation

The Club Belambra "Les criques" is located "feet in water" at the eastern tip of the peninsula of Giens. It offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Levant. It is located in a pine forest of 35ha, in one of the most beautiful sites of the Côte d'Azur. The car-free site (parking is available at the club entrance) provides an idyllic setting for CSMA 2019 participants.

The conference is held in residential Belambra club. The registration fee includes accommodation. Participants will be accommodated on site.

The booking protocol described below should be followed to benefit from the best costs.

• CSMA participants who plan to arrive on Sunday, May 12th, will book on the website of Belambra Seminar Service http://www.belambra.fr/club-presqu-ile-de-giens-les-criques/ete: it is mandatory to go through this site to make a reservation. The participants then send an email to club.hyeres@belambra.fr stating that this is an early arrival of the CSMA 2019 seminar indicating the reference of the soon available file. No request will be taken into account by telephone. For information, the night of May 12 is not supported by the conference and is payable directly to Belambra.

• For pre- and post-stays at the Belambra Club, participants will contact the Belambra individual booking center: http://www.belambra.fr/club-presqu-ile-de-giens-les-criques/ete

• Warning: the booking center will not share with couples, twin or triple accommodations to other seminarians without their consent. Going through the booking site allows the congressman and his spouse to enjoy separate accommodation without the consent of other seminarians.

Access

Belambra Club "Les Criques" is located 12km from Hyères train station and 27km from Toulon TGV station. Toulon-Hyères airport is 10km away. The driving times are approximately as follows:

• Belambra les Criques - SNCF station of Hyères = 20 mn
• Belambra les Criques - SNCF station Toulon = 1 h 00
• Belambra les Criques - Hyères airport = 15 mn

Shuttle bus

Two bus shuttles are available Monday, May 13 in the morning, one from Toulon SNCF station and the other from Toulon-Hyères airport :

• Departure at 11:30 AM from Toulon SNCF station
• Departure at 11:00 AM from Toulon - Hyères airport

For the return, two bus shuttles are available on Friday, May 17, one goes to the SNCF station in Toulon and the other to Toulon-Hyères airport :

• Departure at 01:30 PM for Toulon SNCF station
• Departure at 02:00 PM for Toulon - Hyères airport

Toulon Station

A member of the organizing committee will be on hand to welcome you in the hall of the station, at the welcome bubble. Your bus will be waiting for you at the bus station which is on the left when leaving the train station. The bus company will have a CSMA 2019 sign posted.

Toulon - Hyères airport

A member of the organizing committee will be on hand to welcome you in the arrivals hall. Your bus will be waiting outside with a CSMA 2019 sign posted.

Transport

From Paris, Giens is accessible by TGV (Paris-Hyères in less than 5 hours and Paris-Toulon in 4 hours), by plane (Toulon-Hyères airport), and by road (A7 and A50).
